AutoDS, Droopify and DSers charge you for growing. DropMind does not.

All three price you by how many products you hold in stock. Which means the day you actually start selling, your bill goes up. Here are the real figures, copied this morning from their own pricing pages.

There is a precise moment when your dropshipping software hands you the bill. It is not the day you install it, when you are not selling anything yet and you pay twelve euros a month. It is the day you start selling for real.

Go from 200 products to 800: Droopify moves from €12.99 to €39.99 a month, AutoDS from $26.90 to $66.90. Reach 4,000 products and Droopify asks €124.99 a month. The software does nothing more than it did before: no new feature, no extra speed, it did not bring you a single customer. You are the one who grew, and you are being charged for it.

With DropMind that moment never comes. Not out of generosity: because you pay once, €349, and the price is not tied to how much you sell. Hold 200 products or 20,000 — the figure stays the same.

What growing actually costs you

DSers is not in this table, and not because it suits us: on their own site the sales channels are Shopify, WooCommerce and Wix, and eBay is not mentioned anywhere. If your store is on eBay, DSers is not really a choice you are making — however little it costs. Its numbers are below anyway.

The same applies to how many stores you run

Growth does not only get charged in products. Open a second store — which anybody who starts doing well ends up doing — and that is tiered too. Figures from the same pages, the same day:

With DropMind you ask support for the extra stores and they get enabled: there is no higher plan to buy and the figure does not change. It is not a button you find on your own inside the software, it is a message you send — and we would rather tell you now than have you find out later.

Three years, in real money

The fair comparison is not €349 against €12.99. It is €349 against €12.99 multiplied by every single month your store stays open. Take a seller who starts small and reaches 800 products within a year — someone, in other words, for whom things are going well.

Two thousand four hundred dollars. And the day you stop paying you are left with nothing: it was never yours, it was rented. The €349, on the other hand, you pay once and the software stays on your computer — whether you have an active subscription or not, because there is no subscription to have.

One thing said plainly before we go on: DropMind is ours, so we are not a neutral party. That is exactly why what follows are not opinions, but their figures, copied from their own pricing pages this morning, monthly plans. Go and check them yourself: it takes two minutes, and they are two minutes well spent.

«Yes, but…» — the three real objections

If you have read this far, three things are going through your head. Here are all three, uncomfortable parts included.

• «They run in the cloud, DropMind runs on my PC.» True: your computer has to be on while DropMind works. In exchange, your eBay credentials never sit on anybody else's server, and you are not paying rent on software that is already yours. They keep working with your laptop shut — and they keep sending you the bill every month, forever.
• «€349 in one go is a lot.» It is more than €12.99, that is true, and it is exactly why the €29.90 monthly plan exists too: if you do not yet know whether this trade is for you, start there. But the sums flip sooner than you think — after one year with them you have already spent more — and from that day on they never flip back.
• «What about the AI? Do I need a powerful computer?» No — and here you get a choice they do not offer. DropMind's AI can run on your own machine, so the text it writes never leaves your desk, or in the cloud, with nothing to download and no graphics card needed. Ollama's free plan, which is the engine we use, includes access to cloud models: it is written on their pricing page, read on 30 August 2026. With AutoDS, Droopify and DSers there is no choice to make: it is cloud, on their servers, full stop.

One thing they have and we do not

AutoDS has a far larger catalogue of ready-made products than ours, and a training operation we simply do not have. If you are starting from absolute zero and want somebody to tell you what to sell, that is a genuine advantage and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If you already know what you want to sell, it is something you pay for every month and never open.

What DropMind does that they do not

• You pay once and it stays yours. €349, no expiry date, no tiers. There is no day on which selling more costs you more.
• You decide where the AI runs. On your computer, and then your PC writes the descriptions and picks the categories and nothing leaves the building; or in the cloud, free on Ollama's base plan, with nothing to download. And in neither case do your eBay credentials pass through a server of ours: the token that opens your eBay account is stored on your machine. The initial connection to eBay does go through a server of ours, which holds the application credentials — it is written in our privacy policy.
• When you write to us, the person who answers is the person who writes the software. Not a form, not an operator passing your report to another department. We are few, and that is precisely why whoever reads your problem is the one who can fix it.
• It is not eBay-only, and everything is included. Ten suppliers — AliExpress, Amazon, CJ Dropshipping, Shopify, Etsy and the print-on-demand services among them — and five channels to publish on: eBay, Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce and BigCommerce. None of it is a paid add-on: it is all in every plan, including the €29.90 one.
• A product is analysed once and published to many stores. If you run more than one, that work does not repeat for each of them.

How to choose, in three questions

• Do you want your data at your place or at theirs? DropMind is a program on your PC and it has to be open while it works: in exchange, nobody else is holding your eBay credentials. The others live entirely on their own servers — convenient, until you start wondering who else can get in there.
• How many products do you expect to have in a year? If the answer is «few, and that suits me», the tiers will never hurt you and the cheapest monthly plan genuinely wins. If you expect to grow, that is exactly where the sums flip.
• How long do you plan to keep the store open? Under a year, renting is cheaper. Beyond that, you are paying every month for something you could have bought outright.
